LOL, dang. You guys make me feel horrible when you talk about his car looking like a monster truck. HAHA.

I was rolling on stock height up until two days ago when I got S. Techs, even then it's not that low. I definitely plan to get coilovers, but yeah--no scraping for me yet, almost impossible...

I don't get how he's scraping, unless he's trying to go over curbs or small mountains, lol.

Yes, the tires are much too low profile. There's your problem, now you have to decide what yuo are gonna do about it...

yikes~ def wrong tire size... i dunno how wide ur rear wheels (it seems its not staggered looking at the tire size) are but def change tires and you should be fine. front should be 215 or 225/45/17 and not sure on the rear size (should be like 2XX/40/17) find the specs of ur rear rims if possible.
i say they best way to go is find some stock AP2 rims w/ tires in the for sale section, it be about the same as changing the tires and i have a feeling ur wheel setup is non staggered with the rear wheel width somewhere 7-7.5" (stock is 8.5" in rear)

It's not low enough until you start shooting sparks or drag the bumper off, both of which i've done many times before.

Wow, the tire size is way off. 1" up front, 1 1/2" in the rear. FYI, your speedometer is going to be off too.

That car is hardly lower than stock!

i want to but right now i don't have the money, and the coilovers that it has are not adjustable i think.

edit : here is a pic.

- drive very slow and stop if you have to...hold up traffic if you have to
- 45 degree angles
- back up and turn around if the bump is too high

- i have to angle my fingers 45 degrees to get them between the top of my tire and beneath the wheel well
- i have my KW Variant 3 coil overs adjusted to very stiff so my body never bottoms out ... except for steep inclines/declines or over sized speed bumps
- i also have 18" wheels with low profile tires that fill in the wheel well nicely and no rubbing

I recommend adjusted driving habits, filling the huge gap inside your wheel well and lowering your car even more ... other than that your car should be just fine and adjust your driving habits
