This morning, I got into my S like usual, and prepared to turn the ignition on, listen for three beeps, and punch the start button to bring my 2 L gem to life. I turned on the ignition and waited. No beeps. Nothing? Hmmm. Odd. Well, punch the button anyway and see what happens. Lordy, she started right up. Anyone know why my S suddenly became beepless??? Thanks. I hate surprises

 

Did you put on your seatbelt before turning the ignition key this time? I believe the 3 beeps are just a reminder to buckle up and don't sound if you have your seatbelt on before you turn the key.
