Muz, I think he's talking about the windscreen washers NOT the headlight washers.

Paris,

You actually sound like a bit of a joke!

Are you sure you're fit to own an S2000, perhaps you need to start with a Mini and work your way up!

No hard feelings!

gimme a break! i had only had the car a few weeks, and in fact, it was the first occasion i had ever had to use the full beam flashers.

I see that as Mr Perfect, you would never have made such a foolish error, and certainly not have shared it with the forum.
In fact, I wonder if you have ever been know to ever make a mistake...

tell me, where exactly is UK uk?

no hard feelings...none were taken here

I can see the headlines now, "Man squirts while driving!" Perhaps the person who drafted whatever regulations made the headlight cleaner had a sense of humor. Evidently, the Japanese engineer was a willing accomplice.

Now, let's get this straight (so we can accurately imagine it happening at the time)......PariS2K intended to pull back on the lighting stalk to flash the main beams. Instead (presumably because he's used to RHD cars) he ended up pulling back on the wiper stalk. That must have been much funnier (and wetter) than the headlight washers - and is definitely worth two big grin smileys from me:

Just in case it happens again... You should consider putting Maguiers "5 minute detailer" instead of washer fluid in your reseviour tank
