Always...It's freakin' annoying. And just as annoying as bikers revving thier engines when they are around the car.

Example: I was driving my dad to the stereo shop to pick up his truck. Stop and go traffic on the freeway. A guy in a sportbike rides by in between cars during traffic. Revs his engine right when he passes my car. My dad asks why he revved at me. I explained that it's probably because of my HRC sticker on the back and thinks I'm a rider(his way of acknowledging another rider).

At least that's what I've been told by other friends that ride...easier to do instead of a wave.

We are required to have a front plate here in Missouri, but i have never been pulled over for it. It seems that unless they are suspicious, they won't pull you over. I have my front end shaved, so i don't know what the officer expects me to do!

But there again, i am sure they would suggest I drill through my bumper.

I leave mine on. No biggie. It's required here in California so I do it. Simple as that.

Been pulled over for exhaust 5 times, but no one has ever mentioned anything about the lack of front plate.

I have not run a front plate on my cars since 1984. Never been hassled for it. Been pulled over once in the 6 years I've had the S. Got a speeding ticket for 10 over, but the trooper never mentioned the missing plate.

i don't know how they do it there, but in cali, i once got busted and they jus cite you with a fix it ticket, where u could find any peace officer and show them the correction and go to court and pay it off.
well my story, i got in trouble last month by a highway patrol, lol i pulled out my front plate and bolted on and have him signed it on the spot lol..he wasn't happy at all!

When my friend first got his S2000 he didn't have plates (imported the car from the states) and he had to wait to get his car inspected before he could have plates so he had a permit until then... To my amazement not a single cop pulled him over, in fact when we were stopped at a light there was a police officer in his cruiser right next to us and he gave him the thumbs up
