I've gotten hassled for it once. But that was at a parking lot meet where the cops were hassling everyone. It was a B.S. stop. They didn't really enforce anything.

I'd rather pay the $75 than have a front plate on, honestly. The S2000 looks like buggs bunny with the front plate in. It's like it's smiling with big ass front buck bunny teeth.

I don't have a front plate on my civic either. I just removed the nut plates from the back of the bumper and the bracket from the grille part of the bumper. I can show the cop that the nessecary hardware was "missing" at the time of purchase and that I'll try to track it down ASAP to correct the matter.

I've been hassled in my civic for no front plate only once also.

The cops around here are pretty lenient about that. Maybe they decided to just get on with their lives lol.

You could always cause more unsolved crime around your community to keep the cops busy and keep their minds off of front plates.

No front plate required in FL, but I usually don't get bothered by cops since I drive responsibly (for the most part )

No front plate in OK, thankfully. Haven't been pulled over yet either, 'cept that one time... pretty sure he flipped on the lights for me but he was on the other side of the highway going up the off-ramp to turn around and there was an exit coming right up on my side.
