Any quality 75W-90 will be fine. Of all the differential failures I doubt any of them were a result of the brand of fluid or synthetic v. dyno base oils. Most diffs fail because the owner abused the tranny, the rest fail because they loose all the fluid (bad seals), or they never change it.
The same can be said for motor oil. People spend so much time debating what brand or type is better when simply checking your oil level every time you fill up is 100X more preventative to engine failure than oil brand.

Ive been runing mobile1 75-90 for 15000 miles now and changing it every 2500 miles with the oil lol im ocd obsessive like that gotta keep all fluids sparkly clean
