Default I Need A Diffinative Answer

Everyone has heard it and is probably getting sick of it... YES I HAVE SEARCHED!!! MY00 has had the odd 1-2 gear grind when i bought it. I just got it back from the body shop after it was out of storage so it has sat for like 6 months. It was in a rear accident. Today i picked it up and noticed that it 1-2 grinds alot more...
My questions IS:
Could the accident (replace rear quarter, half shaft, wheels, controld arms, ect) have jumbled the tranny in some way causing this problem to get worse?
OR
Should i go get my tranny fluid changed with the Mobil 1 equalivent tranny fluid? whould that help?
OR
Is this a Serious AP1 problem that would require alot of tranny work/replacement

why don't you just change out the transmission fluid? it's cheap. if, after replacing the transmission fluid you still notice a horrid 1-2 gear grind then at least you know it's not the fluid.

use honda mtf type 2.

I had a slight grind. Change tranny fluid with the Penzoil Synchromesh and it's smooth with an occasional grind if I'm not paying attention when shifting.

I had that problem. In my case, it was operator error. Yours may be too, since it is worse since you haven't driven the car in a while.
