As everyone else has said and will keep saying, that price is definitely too high. It should be more like 21-23k, 24k at most in my opinion.

Car itself, looks bone stock and in good condition. My only concern would be that the top is filthy on the inside (see picture 22, most notably the front of the passenger side). This could mean one of two things: the car is parked often with its top down outside; the owner didn't keep their vehicle as clean as they should have. Maybe both. I'm surprised Carmax didn't clean that up to be honest.

am i looking at something wrong? the passenger seat does NOT look OEM. did the newer models come with some kind of faux glovebox too? what's with the papers hanging out under the dash on the passenger side. again, that is not an OEM pass. seat.

edit: after looking around maybe they are stock lol. i know that the 06+ filled in the cool hole at the top of the seat but those seats still look huge. i am not a fan of the newer seats, bleh.

All that is stock, the seat is OEM as well. Do some research before posting.

BTW: OP if that is the car you wan't get it. It's your money and if you feel it's worth it then go get it.

Those are some awful pictures. Looking at JUST the pictures, i wont pay them more than $5k. Carmax should get up off their lazy ass and take some pictures in sun, like everyone else.

LOL $5000? Really? That was a dumb thing to say.

OP, I know you're far away. If you paypal me a tank of gas I will go and see the car in person for you tomorrow (Sunday) or next weekend, if its still available. Send me a PM if you'd like. I'm in Richmond, VA and F-burg is about 1 hours drive one way.

You could also call the store and get someone to go out and take a look at it to answer any of your questions before transferring it.

It just seems WAY to high! The car doesn't look THAT bad, for a 21-22K car, but not at that price. With that being said, it could just be bad pics. KBB has the retail value of that car anywhere from 19.5K to 22.6K, so I would definitely look for another S2000.
