You will probably get a lot of unwanted vibration in there especially if you use the stock hinges and latch.

The manual doesn't have all sorts of dimensions and such, you'll need to go buy yourself a ruler for that . What it will give you is the fastener types and locations for the various body panels, and the order in which you will need to remove them.

Ah, you have shakers? I have felt the auras and the like and they are not very musical, more impact. If cost is not an issue, consider looking at Clark Synthesis tactile transducers. They have a flat frequency response up to 18Khz, so its not a shaker. I was blown away when I heard (felt) one at the NSCA convention in Orlando. I could even feel female vocal frequencies with this device, I was stunned.
