I discovered my tire has a screw in it today, so I'm having it patched tonight right after work. In order to avoid any possibility of the tire place trying to drive my car, even for 10 feet, I went home during lunch and swapped rims so I could carry the one they need to work on in my trunk. So yeah, I can empathize with you on the obsession thing.

Mine sees rain pretty much every time it rains since its my DD
No shame in being obsessed with your S though! Everyone keep theirs clean and low miles so when mine is all miled out I can pick up a fresh one!

Rain, snow, sleet, sun, my S sees it all. I won't bring it out in the hail though, that's just asking for trouble.

I think your obsessed too OP. But it is a pain in the ass to keep the car clean if it keeps raining on it.

That isn't how you wash a car sir...

You thoroughly spray down the car with clean water before putting any sort of rags on it (it's best to use a sheepskin mitt btw) to get the dirt off as much as possible. Then wipe it down using car washing soap, not just a wet rag...
