I wonder why Rick won't answer my emails? Help
I bought a set of Earls Solo Bleeders and one was defective. I've left 3 emails for Rick, even 1 on the "Bat Email Line" and no response. All I'd asked is can I get a replacement for my defective bleeder? It is going on two full weeks and I am still waiting for a simple resonse on what I need to do finish this project. Mean while I have not driven my car since. It is in dire need of a fluid change and 3 of the four bleeders have been installed and I'm waiting to get the fourth.

You've sent no email to me. I check it every few minutes when I'm not traveling. I don't know where you're sending messages, but my address is hesel@artsci.com. If you've sent email somewhere else, I'll never see it.
The web site email goes through our merchant bank/cardservice account, along with orders and everything else that comes through there. Messages addressed to me are forwarded out of that account, if it's important for me to answer them,
