i still do not understand why honda did not put the K-series in the s2000 (would have even saved money by not having to develop the F20/F22) to give it a broad powerband. no real significant complaints, the s2000 is to be a bare bones roadster, and i enjoy it for what it is even with its faults.

Well, considering that the SSM concept from which the S2000 was based on was first shown to the public in 1995 (which means development would've started even earlier), the K-motors were probably barely even a dream at that point.

Hahahaha

I had my first one replaced under warranty cause of a tear, and then a tear has formed in the exact same place on my new top!

The top of the door is too high to rest my left arm while driving. It feels like a chicken wing hanging out there.

keep your chicken wing in the car.

When driving a s2k you want your arm inside the car so it won't get mangled in a wreck.

Macho man driving: dinky arm dangling out the window with one hand at the 12 o clock position and leaned way back is NOT for s2000 driving.

Here is a REAL problem:

The black fuzzy liner in the 'glove shelf' (in some s2ks) is losing its hairs. Black fuzz all over the place and on everything I put in the shelf!!!

HA HA HA........actually I rest my elbow on the top of the door with my hand still on the wheel. The door is so high my arm is angled up like a chicken wing.
