Hi all,

I am new here, from South Africa. I am currently in the market to finally buy an S2000.

Eventually I want to supercharge it.

Few questions:

1- Here in SA we had the facelift in 2006, meaning it included traction control. If I do the SC conversion, will the new ECU negate the traction control?
2-Or should I rather get a pre 2005 model? Which has no traction control?
3-Which SC should I use?
4-What other alternatives do I have to gain extra power without going the SC or turbo route? Something that will still make the car driveable, close to stock but slightly faster?

Gears is a great way to make the car faster without a turbo or supercharger other than taking driving courses. As for the supercharger question you might want to try the force induction section
