Default I'm a new S2000 Owner

Hi Everyone-

I wanted to introduce myself quickly. I just finished a Lemon Law suit against Nissan on my 350Z. So that's going back today. I have a MY03 S being shipped to me. I just purchased it as brand new (only 188 mi, never been titled, 75K bumper-to-bumper waranty).

I'm excited about the S2000 but quite bummed about getting rid of my Z, even though it was nothing but a headache from the start. The S is truly a different kind of car. I've wanted one and had much respect for this car since it came out but always felt that I'd have to make a lot of comprimises to drive the car on a daily basis. Welll, now my situation is different, I won't have to drive the car every day. I got a killer deal on it and it's exactly the color scheme I wanted, Silver with all red interior.

I'm sure I will feel better about letting the Z go when the S shows up but until then I'll keep reading the board trying to get myself excited for it.

I'm looking forward to being an active member of the board just like I am on My350z.com.

Cheers!

Jared

Hopefully no more Lemon Law suits for you!

You'll come to realize that the S2000 is more fun to drive than the 350Z...sure you'll miss the low end torque but the handling will make up for it

Enjoy!

Torque, Shmorque We've got 2,400 extra RPM's! Welcome to the site and to owning one of the cars with the highest "fun to drive" factors I've ever come across.

Besides, Top down > windows in the nice weather!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! The S is a serious sports car and I'm sure that I'll grow to love it more than the Z. Especially since the S seems to have far fewer problems, if any.

Talk to you soon!
