Be very careful, you new car has a little more "pep" than your old Metro.

Congrats and enjoy.

Actually the only thing that has "Changed" is your ability to recognize it.

i've had my s2k for three weeks and am scheduled for some private performance driving lessons in a week. once you drive this car you become totally impressed by how much potential it has. i want to wring out all the performance i can get without harming the car or myself. i think the only mods i maight consider would be creature comforts (stereo, matts, etc..) and not performance or cosmetic surgery.

You are lucky to live in California because there are lots of them there. Do a search on the internet for Bob Bondurant. He is about the best there is and I believe he is in California. Skip Barber is excellent also.

Costs will depend on which course you take. It will be the best money you ever spent.

It make take you another 11 years before you ever begin to consider mods if you're coming from a Metro -- Gawd, that must be so exciting! Do me a favor and post your impressions as soon as you get it, and once more after you break it in
