Import Development-please pick up the phone!!!
I already listed my JR filter on my sig. and I still have had no luck getting a hold of you for the purchase! I tried the website but I can't figure out if I can buy it directly off your site. I need the filter and the oil/clean kit. Please PM me as to how I can set up this purchase. Thanks, Phil

i had an awful time with schatten.... i ordered brake pads 8 days before a scheduled mechanic's appointment... i told him i would like them sent that day, and all seemed good (once my $ was transfered that is).... anyway.... it took 9 days I had to cancel the appointment, Randy (schatten) never once said...sorry, or returned my calls, emails, etc......
It was kind of like...he got his $ and that was the end of his part.
I won't order from them again.

i remember mingster once announced the board that questions
regarding the parts have to go through either phone or e- mail,
no pms...
i once sent him pm asking for availability of some parts, no answer-

Ok just to clarify, Schatten handles all the day to day stuff with Import Development now and yes he does answer PMs as I send him PMs regulary. Mingster now has a real job that keeps him extremely busy. That's why you don't see him on this board much anymore. So to contact Mingster will do you less in the long run. PM Schatten or post in the GB Forum, as a sponsor he probably checks that more often.

it doesn't matter what method you use, he does not reply. I left messages on a cell phone, emails and private messages with nothing in return....plus he was posting on the boards at the same

Weird, I usually have no problems getting ahold of him. I ordered J's gears from him and got them in 2 weeks.
