Sorry that I've been away from the forums for a while. I've been keeping responses with people via email for some time and just now getting to the flood of PM's. Site uptime issues have been difficult when retrieving PM's lately, so I will be shutting PM messaging off very soon. Pulling up a PM on this board takes me anywhere between 5 and ten minutes of waiting for the browser window to pull up. Forums work fine, PM's just flat out suck right now.

If you are responding here and saying you haven't heard back from me via email - then you should check your email. If you have sent me an email inquiring if its shipped or not - PLEASE include either your full name, the order number, or the send me an email from the actual address from which you ordered. Most people have ordered with the email address of asdf@asdf.com and 555-555-1212 and I have no way of contacting the indvidual, let alone provide status of them.

Eddie - I was probably the one that stated that. However, there are a few things that I should note in my defense: 1) 50% can be charged legally. 2) this was a pre-purchase group buy and it was understood that at a said cost a particular product would be offered for that.

Keep in mind, many other sponsors on here take money for group buys so individuals can save 20 or even 200 bucks on massive group buys and the products are delivered anywhere between 4 and 6 months later. It was not my intention to ship these out so late, or to take everyone's money and run like some of you have messaged and threatened me about. Complications for this "deal" at $140, which they typically go for $185 from others and up have just taken time: mine and yours. And yes, it all comes down to - it was my fault for originally misquoting the lead time to be 2-3 weeks time. Please quote me on that!

One thing amazes me how much I'm mis-quoted or mis-read on this board. If you want to further seek your quest to boycott me or my company, go for it. I wish you only the best. Doing something out of spite for someone else can bring great things, but only by doing it in positive ways. After all, that's how Lamborghini started making sports cars.

In the mean time, I have work to do and a few more harnesses to ship out. I've sent a few out already and sending more out every couple of days. Keep in mind, not all of these individuals are from this board, and the pieces are being shipped in the order that they were ordered.

 

I just got a PM back from Randy today on an order I had placed last week. Looks like he is digging out from under the weeds!

-Requested & got an update from you 21st Nov
-Requested & got an update from you 4th Dec
-January; requested info many times (by email) => no answer
-6th February; got reply from you "Thanks for your patience, shipping soon..."
-21st Feb, still no harness or shipping info, so I sent a request to pls cancel my order and refund => no answer

So far, no response...
