I just installed the injen intake, I'll have pics soon. Everthing seemed fine all the hoses connected properly ad I went out for a test drive and the car worked perfectly, and wailing sonoursly, but the next morning when I turned on the car I noticed the check engine light was on, so re-checked te oses and found i kink in one of them. I fixed the kink but the light is still on, so does anyoe have a clue whats wrong, or if the ligt needs to be reset?
Definitely reset the computer.
If you fixed the problem, then it needs to be reset. Either take the fuse out, or disconnect your battery for a couple of minutes.
I have the same intake (got it at Dynamic Turbo, Miami), and also had a check engine problem for like 2 weeks.
Let me know if you need further help.
I am close to you, so maybe I can help.

Sound!!
I was told that I am actually losing a few hp, simply because its not a cold air unit, so its sucking in hot air.
I guess because of the sound, it feels like its pulling harder. Quicker throttle response.
All I know is that when it is cold (only on rare nights down here), it definitely runs stronger.
Basically, the look is great(nicely polished, looks great with polished strut tower bar), sound is awesome(I don't have an exhaust yet, but everyone thinks I do, because at 6K RPM, it screams), and I guess there is the weight reduction issue(although not much).
If I had to do it again, I would wait for MG Racing's cold air unit thats supposed to come out(hopefully cheaper than Mugen's).
Cold air = hp!!!!!!
