1. Does anyone know if i have to cut the two cutouts on the very left and right of picture #3?
2. do i fit the lip inbetween the clip nut or directly under it?

I had this problem to. I think it should fit from underneath the hole, but I put mine in from the top. You do not need to cut anyhting. I thought it was supposed to rest on the plastic piece of the bumper as well, but it does not. You have to feed it through the hole.

Use something a littlew stronger than a push pin to make a hole on the side. Self tapping-screw my ass! I had to put my whole body into it to get that thing to seat.

If you dont have alot of time nor expertise with modding cars, I believe Honda dealerships are installing the oem lip for like 30 bucks.

i just used my cordless drill and screwed the screws in on the sides - no problem -

the clips were a PIA but once you place then correctly into the slots it's easy - place the clips inside the holes and then fit - do not try to clip on the little lip where the hole ends (if that makes sence

took me a few tries

I installed one on my old roommate's car in less than an hour. It's not real intuitive (as you're finding out), but not bad. The self-tapping screws were a bit of a PITA. Once you get under there I think you'll realize how it all goes together.

The clip-nut goes above the spoiler- the spoiler does not go between the clip nut. Sandwich the little bit of "cutout" between the clip nut and bolt the spoiler below. That will squish the clip-nut onto the bumper and lock your spoiler into place.

The ones in picture 3 or the ones in picture 6? I believe his fit in both cut-outs (referring to image 3). The ones in image 6 took a little finessing to get to fit right.
