If you have served in the US military give USAA a try
(or if you otherwise qualify)

I don't qualify for USAA.

Unfortunately it looks like noone can touch the rates the Erie is offering. They gave me $1200 per year. The closest Progressive at $1600 per year. I was floored when Esurance said $1200 for 6 months! I don't know why, Esurance and Progressive were the two highest. Seems opposite of what most people get.

Esurance was by far the cheapest for me. Much cheaper than Geico or anything else.

For me GEICO had the cheapest rates going away but I got a good discount for being a teacher so YMMV. It really depends on the area you live too, I'm sure if I was in another part of the country the situation might be different.

Its Erie Insurance. I don't know if it is the agent or Erie that are being d'bags. The letter didn't have the agent's name on it, who by the way is a little flaky. I ripped them because they allowed my ex-mil to change my address on my account.

Any experience with Esurance? They have good rates. May go with Progressive, if I don't get good feedback about Esurance.
I have Erie and they gave me a killer rate. You agent must suck.

See if you can go to an insurance broker. I switch from Allstate to Mercury via broker and saved $500 every 6 months.

Mine is insured with Hagerty. Killer rate, "agreed upon value". You can't use them for daily drivers though. Toys (or collectors only) There are a few restrictions, but the S2000 is on the list.

State Farm dropped me after a couple accidents, I was with them for 20 years and I really liked them.... but, anyways

I had to shop around and everyone else was outrageous: Progressive, Geico, Allstate, you name it ... I got a quote from them.

Travelers was the only one whose rate was exactly what I was paying at State Farm, so needless to say I went with them.
