Default Insurance Cost predictions?

Hey guys,

I've been sniffing around this forum for a short while now.
I've really been wanted to buy an s2000, but my father is completely against it.
he' telling me insurance would be close to 400/mo.
what do you guys think I'm gonna have to pay for full coverage insurance?

edit: i wont be under my parents policy.

I'm 21
live in Hawaii
only been license since this year. but been driving for about 1.5 years permited.
no violations or accidents


the car i want to buy is a
2003 s2000.

you can call for quotes, call any insurance company

i'll probably do that tomorrow, since i gotta work soon.
but i just wanted to hear what you guys think i'd be paying for insurance.
at my age, and with that year.

Probably at least $200 per month. $400 is not out of the realm of possibility. Depends on if you're under your parents' insurance.

yea i pay $100 month, under parents, im 21 with no tickets ad 1 accident my fault but no citations, but i would guess for you around 250-300

geico will throw you out a real number in 15 minutes. that's much better than any guess i can make, and it's a lot faster for you.

Your not going to like what they tell you. One good thing about living on an island is if it gets stolen they won't have to look far.
