One way to dilute the concentration of a particular kind of post is to add more of something that isn't the same. Post away!

Haha, not going to lie, I got a pretty good chuckle! Thanks RMurphy

As part of your research on buying the car get some quotes. We can't tell you what it will cost you. The insurance companies can and that's exactly what the quotes are for.

Have you also considered other related costs? You'll go through tires much faster. You may need more frequent precision alignments. Definitely consider everything and not just the purchase price of the S itself.

Having driven in southern Florida on several occasions I'm really not surprised when it comes to insurance. Houston has terrible drivers and there isn't much that will scare me. Driving on I95 in southern Florida, however, will.

The people that can't be bothered to see the existing active insurance thread(s) will certainly not see your post either.

Registration??? It's like $28 a year for your tag/registration. And it's fixed, not a % of the car's value each year like some other states. If you're complaining about what you paid when registering a car purchased privately, you were paying SALES TAX, not registration.

Why don't you call your insurance company and get a quote? FWIW, I am also in Florida, I'm 23, and have a perfect driving record. My insurance is $155/mo.
