Intake ?
I have a 04 and plan to do minor mods to it. I'v driven the car stock for awhile now, and I'm ready purchase a Greddy Ti-C catback and a Invidia T/P I also want to buy an intake for my S any suggestions on the intake that works best with the F22. On my recent search I learned how short ram's are useless and most cold air's only affect the car slightly so I figured I'd ask you guys. thx

Dude the most your gonna get out of an intake is 3-4whp so it doesnt really matter just buy one you think looks nice, but most people will suggest these.
1) Gut the stock airbox, get a spoon snorkel and a spoon filter, works best when at speeds so air can be rammed into the stock airbox. will sound the same though.
2) AEM V2 supposedly produces the most power but has a high risk of hydrolocking (getting water into your engine). i heard the sound is really nice though.
3) K&N FIPK2 with the aut cooling plate, although it is a short ram it comes with a cover that closes the filter in a "box" with the hood is closed, and the aut cooling plate will direct cold air onto the filter, also sounds nice (my personal favorite combo)
4) Comptech, if you can find one which is hard nowadays ive also heard very good things about it and i think it looks very good, but the sound is the same and i think i heard once the filter on the comptech is crap.
So do some more research on each of these kinds of intakes then decide for yourself what you want, but in the end remember... its just an intake...
