Default Intake and Exhaust Question

To All,
I just got my new S2k and am wondering about some mods. I want to get new exhaust and intake for the added horsepower but don't want the sound of the engine and exhaust to change very much. I have looked at some of RM racing's mods at their website and checked out the videos too. The car sounds good but how does it sound at low RPM's?
OR
I know the sound will change no matter what but as long as it sounds good and not like a civic with a huge sewer pipe that makes more noise than horsepower.
Anyone got any video clips?

With the exhaust change, the S2K may feel quicker more from weight loss than a small hp gain. Honda did very well in designing the S2K exhaust.

Intake wise, the S2K might suffer from hot air (in)digestion during stop and go driving in hot weather. An inexpensive 'fix' has been a shield many have made themselves, or a cold air intake like the one from Import Development. The latter might change the intake sound a little.

S2K Dallas

Check out www.kingmotorsports.com

They sell Mugen products - they are generally more expensive than some other brands, but they are top-notch, quality pieces.

Thanks Guys.
Is the Mugen exhaust really worth the $1500? Even though it doesn't give that much more horsepower but achieves a balance between power and quality sound? How about the manifold, would I get those together???
What do you think?
What are sway bars for? Can you tell I am an amateur?

When buying an exhaust look for weight, looks, and sound. Forget about the power, cuz there's not going to be much if at all.

As for handling, drive around for awhile and see if you have any complaints. If the handling characteristics doesn't suit you, then look into braces and suspension parts.
