Difference between the Mugen intake and the J's Intake:

- Price
- The J's will give you much better performance gains compared to the Mugen, due to its Tsuchinoko Chamber (the big fat sausage looking chamber), it stores much more air than the stock intake arm (which the Mugen uses), anywhere from 3000rpm on, J's will win hands down compared to the Mugen in the response department. Mugen will have better accelleration from 1k-3k RPM, but everything from there on, J's will be a better choice. Both of them will require cutting the underpart of the hood to install.

Some people like me prefer to stay NA.

The mugen's snorkel portion is wider than that of J's, so it does provide faster air suction than J's which will translate to better throttle response. Both have similar results up top once you tune the car.

Yeah, I'm gonna stay NA. At first SCing was an option, but I keep thinking about my car being reliable. It's a daily driver. I think I'll go for the J's intake. But I will wait until later.
