Default Interior Camera Mounts

I'm looking for one that mounts to the car seat and not the windscreen.

Did a quick search and found this video that was made using the Modify windscreen mount and it is way too shaky: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wn3a4v-hX4

Will this CruiseCam mount work in our cars? http://www.filmtools.com/cruisecam.html

Or is this guy still making this mount? https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?s=&sh...ht=camera+mount

Should also note:

- no suction cup mounts
- don't want to make my own
- don't want to spend over $100

This one looks pretty good even though it mounts to the windscreen but followed the link and looks like he is no longer selling them.

This looks pretty solid for $20, I have something of lesser quality that I mount to the windscreen.

Not sure why that owner had trouble with his Modifry mount. He actually contacted me because I also use the Modifry mount and have taken hours of video with no shaking like his.

So the modify mount is fine, he could of just been using a heavier camcorder..? From their website:

[QUOTE]Suitable for use with most digital cameras and small camcorders.

See my sig for videos. I use the modifry camera mount with a Lumix point and shoot camera (very light weight). I also tape down the secret compartment lid with painters tape to minimize any shaking.

I use modifry's with my Canon TX1. While it doesn't weigh anywhere near 3 pound, my camera sit up vertically and is top heavy, and it shakes the hell out to the point I can't record anything pass 45mph maybe. I had to rig up supporting rods to support from the side of the camera to the roll hoop on each side, if that makes any sense to ya.
Modifry's only what.. $20? which isn't too expensive, and I've seen good reviews or videos recorded by other users without any problem (that's when they use light point n shoot cameras, tho).
I say it's worth a try considering the price and the convinience of not having to cancel out the wind deflector like other camera mounts do. but i bet it's gonna be shaky 9/10 with that camera you're thinking to use.

Do you know where I can take a look at the mounts that cancel out the wind deflector?
