Default Interior color

I am impatiently waiting for my 2002 S2000 to arive at the dealer and was wondering about the amount of interior that is red in the silver/red interior car that I ordered. Most of the pictures that I have seen show a black interior with red seats and door panels. Yet in the gallery to this site I saw a silver car with red interior with almost no black (red dash, center column, etc). Could someone please set the record straight? Is the interior going to be primarily black with red seats and door panels or will most of the interior be red?

It's going to be mostly red.

Well if that is the case I wonder why the honda web site shows the opposite to be true. Any thoughts?

Let me warn you ahead of time, though - you have to see the 2002 red interior in person, sit in it a bit to really appreciate it. Don't be put off by the photos - see it in person!

It took an in-person viewing, and a top down drive on a sunny day to convince me that the all-red interior was THE way to go for me! Very classic and stunning! I wouldn't part with it for anything!

Sounds like this is what you're getting:

Thanks for the reply and picture. You have a beautiful car. The interior shots that I had seen did not show the entire car and now that I see the whole package I am feeling alot better about my purchase. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

The dealer says it is at the port in San Diego and should arrive within 2 weeks. Let's just hope he's not leading me on.

If it just arrived in San Diego, it should be here in 5-10 days (mine only took 5 days!) so don't be surprised if your dealer (who is it, if you don't mind telling?) calls you sooner than 2 weeks from now. (If I'm wrong, you didn't hear this from me!)
