Sorry, I'd rather not reveal the dealer at this time. Don't want someone surfing this site to buy it out from under me. Not that I think anyone surfing this site would ever try such a thing, but....I hope your right about the timing though.

If you put a deposit on the car, you have a legal contract with the dealer. They can't sell it out from under you. In any case it'd be sleazy salesmanship and if you think the dealer would do that to you, go somewhere else for service! Also, there are a lot of deals out there now. Many dealerships even have 1 or 2 in stock. It's starting to turn into more of a buyers market. (At least you don't have to pay over MSRP any more!)

While I agree with your legal conclusions, speaking as an attorney myself, you see just about everything these days. I believe these guys are straight shooters but "who knows?" And fortunately, I did not spend over MSRP.

I got mine not to long after the first R-n-T issue on it came out. They were firm on $4000 over MSRP for their DEMO! (2500 mi)
