Its not raspy it just drones like crazy. with the TP it is supposed to drone less. I had one and sold it in a month.

Some love it and some hate it! At WOT it does sound really good but with an OEM stereo you cant hear over the droaning between 3000-5000rpm's it gets really annoying

Difficult to answer your question. Accept that most responders do agree that this exhaust is louder than most/any other that you may decide to install.
I really like mine but if you think you'd prefer somthing a little quieter, get something else.
At cruising speeds, this exhaust is relatively quiet and very easy to live with. Through the gears, you may be annoying the wrong people if you aren't careful. (if you know what I mean)

I'm runnin the invidia V3 right now. My advice is don't be hasty to judge it on the first day. Give it a few weeks and then see what u think.

The first night i installed it i thought I made a bad purchase cuz it was so bassy it made my whole house shake when i started it up in my garage. My homie followed me in his supra while i gunned it up an on ramp and said he could feel it in his chest when i went WOT.

After a few weeks the tone became a little more mellow. There is still alot of drone between 3 and 5k. But u can control it with the throttle.

I'd answer your questions, but I've gone deaf from an Invidia exhaust.

i own one, don't do it. Not worth the trouble from the cops, i havent been pulled over yet, but i think i've just been lucky. The test pipe lessens the drone, and makes WOT insanely nice. So it just depends how much do you go WOT?

I've had mine for 2 weeks. Hated it at first. The droan anyways. I don't mind it now. I am thinking or replacing the straight throught resonator with a stock style resonator (more muffling). I have heard it kills a lot of the droan. I am used to it now though. It's a nice sounding exhaust from outside the car. I let a friend do a drive by so I hear it from outside. I like it.

I have the invidia and just got the stock midpipe installed....

It sounds awesome without the drone, its definately worth the 100 bucks that I paid the muffler shop to do
