yea I dont like a muffled sound like screaming through a wool sweater. I want Clean crispgrowl. the only way I know how to explain it is on a toyota V8. when you put an exhaust on a toyota v8 it sounds clean and tight. then again its the engine. I guess I am going to have to go to some meets and listen to the exhaust in person to get a good feel for them.

The Invidia (I can only vouch for the V3) is like having two seperate exhausts.. go from WOT before vtec into vtec... the change is amazing. I love the exhaust. 70mm dual stainless steel with titanium burnt tips.. for a cheap price. I couldn't get myself to go another way. I was split between HKS and Invidia and just went with Invidia because I read that HKS loses power (I am in no way or form supporting the "HKS power loss" statement as I have no proof. Just saying what I read) and I went through friggin hell going through the site looking for a friggin answer. Well I didn't get an answer. Nothing to PROVE anything at least.. so I just figured I'd rather be safe than sorry. Invidia FTW.

does anyone know anything about invida v1? I'm looking at a use one and would like to know if that version had any problems with it since they revised it 3 times. Thanks.

The V2 just has burnt tips I believe (V1 doesn't), and the V3 has larger piping (70mm).

Here's a quick clip a friend took following me while I got on it from 2nd through 4th. Invidia V2 w/ test pipe and 4.77's!
Keep in mind I'm F/I so it may sound a hint different.
And remember, this is the sound from inside his car, not mine.

This is off topic but I had an Invidia Exhaust on my EP3 Civic before.
Here is a sound clip

I know invidia Exhausts are loud...maybe too loud. Even if you get used to the loud noise it gets on your nerves.
