Default Invidia vs. J's Racing

OK, im expecting Frank to chime in on this one since he was the first to tell me that invidia was no good and that i should opt for the j's racing exhaust system....and i would have taken his advice, until i saw the price tag

What I'm trying to firgure out, is how (if at all) J's racing exhaust system is superior to invidia's. I understand that it is a single vs double, but besides that, are there any qualities that j's has over the invidia..at least to justify the price tag?

i have the invidia and my friend has a single J's exhaust. Really its all in preference. Mine has more drone while on the freeway but overall they are about the same in noise level when driving. Sound wise, i would say the invidia has a more deep tone to it. WOT, they pretty much sound the same.

Quality wise? well mine is doing well and his is doing well, the finish is great on both. so iono? we'll see in the long run if anything falls apart. But you are basically paying for the name and JDMness of the J's exhaust and plus its lighter and single (more power). But other than that, you're paying for the name.

J's Racing makes their exhausts in dual or single, so depending on what you want, you can have either. the next obvious thing is the J's Racing exhausts are all Titanium. The single exit exhaust weigh about 13 lbs, and the dual a few more.

The single exhaust can be had in 60-70mm and in different configurations.

The invidia isnt a band bang for buck system, but not really on the same level as the J's

i know my JDM'ness isnt exactly up to par...I was under the impression that the gains on the invidia were pretty close to the top of the aftermarket exhaust game?..did j's single outdo it?

i had no idea that j's was so light!...the invidia dual is at what? 25lbs?
