this invidia's not that loud
just got the invidia on my car, and it's weird. it's like it's twice as loud in the rpm range you'd use for everyday driving as it is in the 6k+ rpm range (when you actually want to hear the exhaust.
for now it's fine, but i imagine i'll grow a little tired of it. if that's the case i imagine i'll be using the stock pipe with the heimholtz tube and resonator to get rid of that low rpm bass.

Just a thought, but my old prelude was the same way. Much much louder in lower RPMs than in the highs. I think its because the engine overpowers it, and also the low rumble is easier felt and heard than high pitched sound... not an expert though. Enjoy keeping your neighbors up.
just wanted to add myself to the list of consumers who agree that the invidia is loud as
.
to any of you who have the aem, it's almost like that reverberation you get around 3,500 rpms, but multiplied by 10.

some have put their stock resonator on the invidia and have been pleased with the result. I'll be looking for a muffler shop that will do it.
