Are you pushing in the clutch pedal?
That's like when you call tech support for your computer and they ask if it's plugged in......

That sucks though, good luck

I will check the terminals, but they seemed ok when I connected them (no rust on them).
Lead doesn't rust it corrodes. Stop waisting time and try cleaning the terminals. If you left it disconnected while waiting for the reflash, then it had time to corrode. wire-brush or sand-paper it shinny, and try again. No sh!t, there's a good 60% chance that this is your problem.

Let me know the outcome

OMG are you serious?? Tards.
Havent dealt with some private consultations for people (PC stuff) you really cant be too careful about asking the obvious. Sometimes people get so frustrated, they forget the basics like the aformentioned "Is it plugged in"

Ok, thanks for pointing out the right term.

But what I'm wondering is if it was a terminal related issue, wouldn't I get some kind of different problems (I mean like the stereo not working, cluster would dim, lights wouldn't turn on, etc).

No, this is the TEXT BOOK symptom for dirty or loose battery terminals. Worked 5 years as a mechanic, seen it 100s of times.

Try jumping the car or using a battery booster. It's very easy and may solve the problem immediately. The battery may be showing normal voltage but it may not have the amperage to initialize the sensors and turn the starter.

SOLVED!!!

I took some sanding paper and sanded those terminals until they were nice and shiny. Sanded the connectors also. Then I crossed my fingers and pushed the engine start and it started immediately.

Thanks guys for the tip. I didn't know such a simple thing could be so important and affect the car in such a way.

I'm off now to test the results of my hondata reflash!!

Thanks again!!

I agree. Similar thing happened to me. You turn on the radio, lights, etc and they all look fine but would not start. Had to jump start it and it ran fine after that.
