Canuck here, and we rarely see anything above 35C, anything above 30C is down right hot for us. I've been burnt a few times this summer because of driving top down. If I wasn't in heavy stop and go traffic I would have the top down over 35C. Some occassions where I've been worn out by drving with the top down all day, I have to put the top up or I'll have a headache.

The top is always down except for when I work a shift starting in mid-afternoon. Its 20 miles of highway to work, so my front side stays well air-cooled, but my back gets wet and sweaty. Kind of embarassing to leave a wet spot on chairs when you lean back on them!
There are a few cars out that have ventilation fans built into the seats--some Caddies and some Bimmers, I think. I toyed around with the idea of trying to retrofit some 12V fans into the seats, but it turned into a lot more trouble than I'd thought.
Someone can make a lot of money by coming out with some aftermarket seats with butt heaters (winter) and vent fans (summer) built in.

Down always...........that way the SUV drivers can see my tach hitting 9k..............if you want your top up buy a Z06. If you are worried about Don King hair - get a hair cut.

You guys who put the top up in the morning or when it's hot are a bunch of wimps.

Mine stays down unless there is water coming into the interior.

Last year when I drove through the Southern California desert at about 110 degrees, I discovered how well the air conditioner really works with the top down but windows up.

You know.... I wanted to vote both Top Up & Top Down -- cause I can't help but go back and forth not being able to make up my mind. Cause to put top up, you gotta turn on A/C which slows down the car big time, and to put the top down means more power in the low revs, but with an uncomfortable feeling of getting majorly sunburned. A/C + Heat Soak is not cool. I hate HOT days! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
