its soo hard to get my car to shift 2nd when redlining!
this hasnt been a problem since i brought the car , only very recently, but man its happening quite alot!
this only happens at full throtle and/or redlining
i try to (very quickly) shift second ..............and it doesnt happen!
its not a grind , but the gear lever goes half way through and i realise that its not in gear (in neutral) when i step on it
this happens very quickly and only when very quickly trying to shift
is this because im not giveing enough clutch? or am i releasing the clutch waaaaaay too early for the gear to engage?
my friend who has an s2k drove it and he says that the there is absolutly nothing wrong!
i am a bit confused here , and any help would be appretiated!
thanx!

Yeah I get this also sometimes. It does not grind. It really never engages the revs go way up cause you don't realize for a fraction of a second it did not engage. I think its me. It only happens once in a blue moon. But when it does happen it usually happens more than once twice maybe three times over a day.
I usually just re-adjust my seat. It has not happened since i readjusted my clutch pedal to take the play out. I am pretty sure either your hand is quicker than your foot or vice a versa. Try sitting a bit closer with a little more knee bend. When I got lazy and had the seat a little to far back for comfort is when it happened most.
