Default I've Been Had!

I hate to come to the forum for this but something needs to be said. I feel that most everyone I have talked to, recieved advice from, and/or purchased something from on this site have been great. I truly appreciate that.

Unfortunately I have been had. Around april 19th I posted a WTB thread in the marketplace for anyone selling a Silverstone rear spoiler. I had a response right away from blacks2kbeast (Jason Duhmer) of Towson, Maryland. He pm'd me a reasonable offer which I graciously accepted. $150.00 for the spoiler, $40.00 S&H, and 3% for the Ebay charge for a
total of $196.00. I posted the payment through Paypal and he stated that
he would ship the spoiler first thing Monday, done deal. He said that he was selling the spoiler for a friend.

From that Monday I waited until the following Tuesday (8 days), no product. I left an email as well as a PM asking if everything had shipped alright and if he had a tracking number from UPS. I waited a few days and no response. Maybe he's on vacation? Maybe his computer is down? I said. I proceeded to leave another PM and email, again no response. At this point I started getting a little worried. I left a few more emails aking if this deal was legit, and asking for any response, again nothing.

I left an ultimatum message today stating if I hadn't heard back that I was going to notify my credit card company of theft by conversion and dispute the charge on Monday. I logged on a few times today looking for more goodies. Tonight I noticed he was online. I sent one PM, no response. I sent another PM, no response. I wasn't an ass, I simply asked if he had recieved my emails or had any response. Nothing! He logged off. Very imature if you ask me for someone who is about thirty years of age judging from this forum log.

All I ask for is a little communication. If his friend already sold it, I wouldn't have been pissed. If he hadn't shipped it and had a response I wouldn't be pissed. But to flat out ignore someone (a fellow S2K enthusiat) that's outright pathetic. All of this for a measly $196.00. Grow up would you!

Have I been to harsh? All I ask for is a little courtesy.

Advice anyone?

I believe you can file a complaint with Paypal within 30 days for fraudulent activity. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, if you have his address, PM me...get T.I.T.S. Crime Fighting guys involved and find a solution to this matter in a timely fashion. Let us know if we can help.

man, i totally feel your pain. I know how you feel.. You are being patient and understanding and all you want is some communication but there is none.

I have had a fair share of that kind of experiences.

I hope you get your money back for it. Keep us posted.
