Default Johnson Alignment

I took my S2K today to Johnson Alignment Service, Inc. I took my own alignment spec that I wanted
and dropped off a car. After a several minuites after I left the place, this guy called me and made
sure I was ok with the 5.0mm toe-out suggesting that it may be too much. So I told him to make it
2mm. Within couple of hours I got a call that its finished and I went there and paid $120, recieved
some paperwork and went back home. When I saw the paper with alignment results, it showed
before and after data. And there was few thing that caught in eyes. Everything was in inches,
front toe setting which I wanted it to be toe-out seems like its been setted toe-in, and other setting
is pretty off from what I wanted. Alignment itself looks great but its not the same from the spec
sheet that I gave to them, which they said they can do it. There was many porsches and race-car
so I trusted them just by impressions.

My opinion has always been that people in garage's don't care one bit about what you want...they all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. So i typically never leave my car...if something needs to be done, i'll sit there and wait (that's if they kick me outta the garage itself). You gotta stay on them and make sure u're a pain in the butt...then they'll care a little more, even if it's only to get you out of their shop
