J's side inner reinforce
Samuel -
Yes I do. IDi has dealt with J's Racing directly for quite some time now (well over a year, maybe closer to two years if memory serves correctly). So if you need something I can see what I can do. I've shipped to HK before.

Even if they are made, is there any demand for it? I know I wouldn't want to have to pull off my fender just to install a brace that I would propably feel little to no effect from... I guess if you are an all out track junkie, than every little bit helps, but I just dont see how that could improve rigidity all that much. I guess we'll see how it works when someone actually gets it on their car though. What is the price lookin like on em Schatten?
Randman - I agree with your statements, but some people mod to mod even if they never go to the track. And driving on the street - its very difficult to tell someone that sure you'll feel a difference with an X-brace, but you will never feel the full potential of it unless you drive it on the track. Its difficult to distinguish 'changes' from 'improvements' with some mods at times. But to each his or her own.
The price would be roughly $245. I'll have to see on the next order.

It is also not all about tracking the car. These frame stiffening mods also help to ensure frame continued rigidity as years pass. You might not inflict stresses such as you would at the track in any short period but over a long period your frame will lose it's stiffness as time passes. So to say that these type of mods are pointless is a very stupid comment. I guess if you never drive the car it would be pointless but I doubt that is the case with the majority of us.

Schatten, I wasn't speaking to you directly. I speaking to those who posted that there would be no use for this part if you do not track the car. It is very silly how some people just dismiss an idea on this board because they think they know what they are talking about.

Actually, the "over time" comments can't be confirmed or denied. This brace could just transfer stresses to the next weak point in the chassis that may fatigue worse.
Only real world testing would shed light on this.
