Thumbs up Just Bought A 2000 Need Some Help To Get It Drivin

Like the title says i just bought a 2000 s2000 for 5k. Bretty good deal considering it has a willwood 6 piston big brake kit koyo radiator BC type RS 32 way adjustable coilovers glass window soft top (does have 3 patches but was assured that it dosent leak) HKS Dual exhaust dual piller with Delphi gauges AEM intake DC sport header a cabon fiber rear lip and cooling plate. The body and interior are not the greatest but has 75k on the engine. Reason i got it so cheap is the differintial grinds real bad when i try to move it. Does this mean the diff is shot. If so is it possible to rebuild it. Or maby someone here has a good one for sale. Ill post pics when i can.
Thanks for the help in advance
Eddie

Update-I finnaly got a chance to jack up the car and found the rear drivers side cv boot is twisted. Its the side attached to the pumpkin. Would that be a cause for a bad grinding noise when i try to move the car. Reason i ask is i disconected the axle off the diff and tried to duplicate the noise and now the car dosent move but it also dosent grind any more.

Try replacing the Axle... if that doesnt fix it, talk to PuddyDaddy about a Diff... His Diffs are a lot cheaper than buying from honda... and a lot more durable!

Puddy's the diff man. Congrats on a great deal regardless of the cost to repair the rear end.
