Default Just got my Comptech A/C S/C !

So I just got my comptech aftercooled supercharger from Tom at Gruppe-S as part of the group buy deal. Everything went smoothly and my kit was delivered promptly. Tom's a great guy and I just wanted to say THANKS!

Now if only I can get more miles on my car before supercharging it...only 1800 miles so far

If anyone's thinking about jumping in on this group buy, you should definitely bite the bullet and do it. Call him up and he'll hook you up with a good deal!

There's been a few posts stating that the $4999 for a Comptech A/C S/C is still too much and that a vortech can be had for cheaper. I just don't understand that comment as Comptech's kits have always been more expensive. With the group buy price, a comptech kit is now within spitting distance of a vortech kit. Oh well, to each their own...I'm just happy I got my kit for the price I did

no...that doesn't include the core charge.

The S/C has been installed already. I just need to have it fine tuned a bit more. I think the belt might be on too tight as it's making a REALLY loud squeeling noise at around 2-3K RPM.

Gruppe-s has great customer service. If you have any question feel free to call them and ask, they will do everything necessary to fix your problem. I had a problem with the Buddy Club coilovers and they switched in 2 new sets that still had the same problem and finally they upgraded me to Tein RA's for hundreds less than they were offering them. for Gruppe-s
