Default Just installed Invidia Exhaust

Hey guys....I'm new here but wanted to share some thoughts. I purchased a 2001 S2000 with 9000 miles about 2 weeks ago as a third car (or toy). It was between this and a 1999 Corvette Hardtop coupe. Boy am I glad I chose the S2000.

I bought the car with the idea of doing mods to it so its been two weeks time to start. I ordered the Invidia Double Titanium Tipped Exhaust. I found it new on ebay for $529+ $50 for shipping. What a great deal for an expensive looking, quality exhaust. I installed last night and it took me about 2 1/2 hours to install. Most of that time was fighting with the old exhaust. After getting it removed it only took me about 30 minutes to install the new exhaust.

I wanted to squash the rumors of how loud the exhaust is. I am used to mustangs with off road h-pipes and flow masters. With this as a comparison the Invidia is extremely mild. At idle the sound is slightly louder than stock but much deeper sound. Under acceleration the exhaust sounds terrific. I do have to admit there is a slight drone around 3-4k rpms but again very managible. Now rememer it is winter right now so I did not have the top down but I did ride for a bit with the windows done to get a feel for the loudness.

I am very pleased with the Invidia exhaust and would strongly recommend it to others.

I hope this helps clear up the myth of how loud the Invidia truly is.

Nate

Silencers are gay. Tell your dad that its good that it wakes him up so that he doesnt worry whether you made it home safely or not. I love my Invidia!
