Tire rack says they're not anymore, despite the fact that it says so on the tires. Anyone know?

Man, I don't know of a truly high performance tire that isn't. OK, maybe Hoosiers Racing slicks.

Kumho's are no longer directional, only rotational, despite what it says on the side. They just never changed the side mold.

If Tire Rack told you this, why would you doubt them? They sell thousands of Kumhos to autocrossers every year.

Hmm.... depends on which one of them are you talking about.

The V700 Victoracer features an asymmetric tread design that can be used on either side of the car. Just ignore the directional arrow when you put them on. I have just gone through a set of them on my M3. Nice grip, very predictable and forgiving IMO.But they only lasted 3 weekends for me....

The new Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 is directional. I don't have any experience with them but I have talk to a guy that has them on his Supra. He seems be to very satisfy with them.

I put the 712's on the back of the S2k and I like them. Much better in the rain than the s02's.
