Kid arrested after punching my S2K
Recently I was at a car meet just 3 weeks after I bought my S2K and some teenage punk walked over and slammed his fist on the side of my car behind my drivers door. 
I and a friend of mine were actually sitting in the car and a friend of mine was parked in front of me. I was shocked this would happen with me in the car. I had no idea who the guy was, apparently he just did it out of jealousy. We all gave chase and as soon as we were catching up to the kid a cop pulls around the corner. Instead of confronting this little punk (you never know who might be carrying a gun) I spoke with the officer. I really felt like decking this kid. He questioned the kid and inspected my car for damage. Believe it or not there was no damage. He arrested the kid and took him to jail for public intoxication. That made my evening. 
On another note I personally don't like to park my car where I know excessive alcohol is consumed.. i.e. bars, clubs. Many years ago we came out of a club and a friend of mine had his passenger door kicked in. I also refuse to park at the movies (my poor girlfriend has to take her car). Do you all feel the same about these places?

I haven't parked my car at a club/bar or movie theatre yet. You can always valet your car at the club, but I really don't want a valet guy driving my car. When I go to a club/bar or movie, I usually go in someother person's car.
I'm hesitant about parking it at the mall also.
It's good to hear that the cop arrested that guy. It's not worth beating someone up, but sometimes it happens so fast, you just don't think about the consequences. You did the right thing.

Man, what is up with all this vandalism lately. Element just posted about a bunch of guys throwing a beer can at his car.
