I know this is a thorny issue for both sides.

Thanks to cthree for allowing this to go on.

Thanks Pete for running the GB.

My seats feel safer already!

iLikeBeer-

At your convenience, could you please return our group buy thread that you removed.

Several owners used it to express their interest in the Seat Locks, but that information is no longer available.

I can't move threads back, you'll have to have cthree or another site administrator to do this.

Ken, you can withdrawn your foot from your mouth now.
Oh and YES, the rest of us "members" who do put money in will help to keep this site running for people like you!

Dave, it is S2KI's correction of this matter that validates everyone

Ken, firstly, that post was a "light hearted" jab at you for what I considered a social "faux pas". It's one thing to NOT buy a membership, which is everyone's perogative. It's another to speak against it. An example if you will:
You attend a church on a regular basis and each Sunday, you see the collection dish get passed around. Noone is twisting your arm to put anything in. You are still welcome if you don't. In fact, the congregation enjoy your company and look forward to seeing you each Sunday. However, on one particular Sunday, you jump up and go to the pulpit to tell the congregation why you will NOT put anything into the dish (you don't like the kind of shoes the minister wears). A bit odd, no? But that's OK, too, because the rest of those who put into the dish knows that there was a distinct possibility that without the "dish", the church may have shut down its doors some time ago. You continue to go to church each Sunday.

I didn't buy a membership to necessarily get those services although they are nice. I bought one because at one point, this site was in need. I bought a membership so that it would continue so that I and others, including yourself, could continue to come here and do what we like best - to garner information, learn stuff, share moments with other S2000 enthusiasts and be able to take advantage of "buying seat locks". Just as a church provides a need for its attendees, so does this site. It would be a shame if either were to close down for lack of funds.

Please do not consider this as a slight against those who do not buy memberships because it is not. Nor is it a slight against you. I just wanted to jerk your chain a little for an "OOPS!"
