I recently purchised some Koni's and Ground controls from another member. I was going to put them on this past weekend but the height adjustment seemed a little off. With the Ground Controls sitting on the lower perch, I had to raise the part the spring sits on amlost to the top of the sleeve just to get the spring to touch the top.

Is this normal?
Where do most of you with this setup have them set?

I also noticed this pic.



I dont have the adjustment tool or the additional black rings are these needed.

Pic seems to have dissapeared but there blacl parts that seem to go on top of the springs.
