Default Krank Vents

Has anyone experienced a whistling noise upon slowing down to idle-for a stoplight for instance? Is this a normal trait of Krank vents? I recently installed them and took my car out for its first Spring runs after winter storage and noticed this faint whistling whine upon deceleration. It was never there before and the only change since going up for the winter was the Krank vents- just wanted to know if this is normal or do I look for another cause? Thanks for any input.

My car makes so many noises it's hard to keep track of what's what and what to be worried about.

Anywho, it's normal.
