Us poor Europeans MUST have front plates at all times.
I tried to get mine as small and subtle as possible by using heavy duty Velcro but it is still illegal
Don't use the JDM mount that is just
Heres mine
I kinda like this idea with the heavy duty velcro.
May I ask where you get this stuff? And is it pretty sturdy?

^^^Doesn't those 2 sentence contradict each other?....
Also I still have my front plates as after getting several warning in my eclipse and a couple of ticket associating with it, I've decided that it wasn't worth all that hassle/money to leave the front off to look a lil better......
It's not contradictory.
I just want to figure out an aesthetic way of mounting the plate without using the pre-drilled holes in the front because I did go out of my way to spend $10 for the plugs.
Just put the plate on without using those bracket things that come from the dealer. That is how I have mine and I think it looks pretty clean. that's just my opinion though. Try it as see how it looks for yourself, maybe you will like it...
My front plate is mounted on the wall in the garage, along with all my cars plates over the years. I've got the redneck collection going, but they were all imports!
Uhm...my car came with a front mounting bracket. It's actually pretty nice - black plastic and the license plate fits right into the black frame.
You have a rare item there! Put it up in the "for sale" forum and auction it off. Big buck$.
I'm not sure that I've ever seen one?!?! And I've seen hundreds of S2Ks.
Side note: my stealership (Cush Honda - San Diego SUCKS) not only didn't have the bumper plugs which I then ordered and paid for, but they also didn't have the OEM mounting bracket either. Couldn't give me an explanation when I asked what to do with the front plate.
