I know there have been lots of discussions about tops, tears, wear, leaks etc.

Just fyi, when I first got my my 06 out in the rain I had a constant drip from both seams in the top, just in front of the front support bar.

I took it to the dealer today to have them check it out, they're going to replace the top. No hesitation or arguments.

I had a problem on my '06 where the top meets the driver's door. My dealer replaced the top without hesitation. Glad to see Honda stands behind the car.
