i was in the same exact situation 3-4 weeks ago. offer 26.5k..dealership is taking a loss at that value..

I got one brand new on Feb 07, for 30000
could have got it for 28000, had to pay 2000 extra for black red interior,
dealers were saying these were rare.
if you don't like the look of the 08 rims, 07 is way to go!!!

Got my '07 back in January for 30k out the door, I also had them tint the windows and give me some touch up paint.

Heard back from 2 dealers. One is already sold. The other has 221 miles on it. Sounds like they'll sell it for $26,500.

For what's it worth, I just ran a 2007 silver with 200 miles through Edmunds and it came back that the trade-in value would be about $26,350. This is probably a bit high since Edmunds also said that the dealer retail would be about $30,000 and we all know you can get a 2008 for this or less.
