When my car went in for the grind fix the first time the grind was occasional. After the service was performed the grind happens anytime and at any RPM. It wasn't uncommon to grind on the upshift from 1st to 2nd at RPM's just above idle during our tests at the dealer. The dealer and Honda are now looking into the problem very closely.
